What We're Doing
Our goal is to supply clean drinking water to Sigowet, so the women who often walk long distances will have a chance to get an education and have many other opportunities.. Our 6th Hour World Geography class is split into 4 committees:
--Peer and Community Education Committee: (They are teaching friends, families, and neighbors about the situation.)
--Research Committee: (They are doing research and finding statistics on the situation.)
--Fundraising Committee (They are figuring out ways to raise money for our cause.)
--Website Committee (They are creating this website to help educate people on the situation)
Hopefully, by working together, we will be able to help solve the water problem in Sigowet.
